Cancellation and Refund Policy
For transfer services, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 12 hours left before the agreed pickup time. If there is 12 hours or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid.
For hourly bookings, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 24 hours left before the agreed pickup time. If there is 24 hours or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid.
If the customer does not appear (No Show) at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
